Gerry Tully Band

The Gerry Tully Band play a wide selection of folk, roots, and Americana music. They nurture a connection to the Appellations and Americana style in which the Irish influence can still be heard. Inspired by the music of The Trans-Atlantic Sessions, Gillan Welsh, Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, and Tom Waits, The Gerry Tully Band take you through their rich interpretation of songs with emotive human stories. The songs are intriguing, thrilling and fun.

The Gerry Tully band consists of four friends from County Meath, Gerry Tully, Derek Mathews, Cathal McQuaid and Eugene Donegan. Eugene plays five-string banjo and is the backing vocalist, Derek Mathews plays double bass, Cathal McQuaid plays fiddle and Gerry Tully fronts the band as singer and guitarist. Their polished sound reflects their years of experience as musicians and performers. Their music is their connection and leaving ample room for lighthearted interaction with their audience. If you love quality folk songs, the groove of roots, and down-home Americana style you won’t want to miss The Gerry Tully Band.
